You need minimum 500 sq ft of workspace, basic tools and materials access, available test dates throughout the year, TTMAC membership in good standing, and appropriate insurance coverage. TTMAC provides all exam materials and evaluator coordination.

Test frequency varies by location and demand. Most active host locations conduct exams quarterly (4 times per year), with each exam day accommodating 4-8 candidates. You work with TTMAC to set dates that work for your schedule.

Hosts receive recognition and promotion benefits rather than direct monetary compensation. Benefits include listing in the host directory, TTMAC website promotion, networking with installers, and industry leadership recognition. Many hosts find value in the candidate pipeline and community goodwill.
