Dynamic Coefficient of Friction (DCOF) testing with BOT 3000E - ANSI A326.3-2021 compliant

🧪 About DCOF Testing

Testing is conducted with the BOT 3000E and is called the DCOF AcuTest. The BOT 3000E is a type of Tribometer which measures frictional forces, coefficient of friction, and the effects of lubrication.

ANSI A326.3-2021 Requirements:

​

  • Level Interior Spaces: DCOF must be 0.42 or BETTER when wet

  • Ramps: DCOF must be GREATER than 0.42 when wet

  • Approximate Turnaround Time: 2 weeks

📦 Test Requirements


Standard Tiles: 3 tiles measuring 300mm x 300mm (12" x 12") or larger are required.

Mosaics: Will be bonded to create a solid surface that is 300mm x 300mm or larger (3 sheets minimum).

  • 6-10 tests: $250.00 each

Non-Members:

  • Single test: $550.00

  • 2-5 tests: $450.00 each

  • 6-10 tests: $400.00 each

  • 11+ tests: $350.00 each

💳 Payment Terms

Single Tests: Payment must be made in full prior to testing.

Multiple Tests: 50% deposit required prior to testing, balance due upon completion.

  • Upon payment/deposit confirmation, we'll schedule your testing

  • You'll receive detailed results including all original BOT 3000E readings

  • Approximate turnaround: 2 weeks from sample receipt
